Returns

The Authenticity of all items is guaranteed in line with our guarantee of authenticity page, and the condition of each piece is detailed on the individual item page and in the attached high-res images.
 
In the case that you would still like to return an item, or in the rare occasion that an item was damaged in transit, please inform us within 14 days of its arrival so we can arrange for a return, as we cannot take responsibility for it after this period.
When returning items, they remains the responsibility of the customer until reaching our gallery. If they arrive in an unsuitable condition, we may simply need to return the item to the customer. Please make sure any returned item is packaged well to avoid damage during transit, and we also recommend obtaining proof of postage.
We will cover the cost of shipping of faulty or damaged products where the responsibility is ours. Otherwise the postage cost is covered by the customer.

Please note that many of our products are antiques and one of a kind and therefore we may not be able to offer an exact replacement. However, we are happy to assist with finding an alternative option. 

We thoroughly check our shipments before they are sent and we rarely have complaints. We aim to provide the best service and we hope the above will not be necessary. However, rest assured that we will take care in the unlikely event where there may be a situation that does not meet your expectations.
